My Sleeping Experiment

Just FYI guys I am starting what's called the Uberman Sleep Schedule, which involves me only sleeping two hours a day broken into six 20 minute naps.

I've created a new blog so people can track how this experiment is going.

  1. This sounds very interesting, and possibly extremely unhealthy. Though great minds have done it before, and I must say I'm curious about how it will turn out.

  2. I thought this was already proven to be bad for you because it takes your body 1 1/2 hours to go through REM sleep and periodical naps doesn't allow you to do that which REM is the most important part of sleeping. but hey good luck to ya.

  3. you know I don't know if I am willing to do this, however, I am very tempted if I hear it turns out to be successful! who wouldn't love having more time in the day, and not worrying about sleeping so much!
